The development of packaging machines has brought great convenience to enterprises. People are increasingly inseparable from packaging machines. However, machinery is not a panacea. It sometimes “sicks” and encounters various failures. If the machine fails, you should find an after-sales service center. This is not a wise choice, it is a waste of time and money. It is important for maintenance personnel to continuously learn and organize knowledge, strengthen the understanding of the working principle of the system operation, and grasp the role played by each component, so that when the packaging machine has a problem, it can immediately detect the fault, solve the fault, and put into production. A. Malfunction: The sealing or edge sealing shaft of the packaging machine is not heating during operation

Solution: 1. Check whether the temperature setting is correct.

2. Measure whether the heating tube of the machine head is open or replace the faulty heating tube.

3. Check whether the thyristor controlling the heating tube is open or replaced.

B. Malfunction: The packing machine has electric shock leakage phenomenon during operation.

Solution: 1. Check whether the heating ring on the measuring machine is leaking or replace the heating ring.

2. Check whether the heating tube of the measuring head is leaking or replace the leaking heating tube.

3. Check whether the measuring running motor has leakage or replacement.

C. Malfunction: The packing ring is not heating when the packing ring switch is turned on during operation

Solution: 1. Check if the heating ring is turn of or replace the heating ring.

2. Check whether the heating loop control switch is faulty or replace the control switch.

D.  Malfunction: There is no display on the packaging machine after turning on the power.

Solution: 1. Check if the power switch on the machine is connected correctly or replace the switch.

2. Check and measure whether there is power input.

3. Check whether the secondary of the power transformer in the machine has AC9V output or replace the transformer.

4. Check whether the fuse on the machine is disconnected or replaced.
