Failure and repair

1. Tea bag Fault reason: the pressure valve is broken or blocked; the pressure gas path is not smooth.
Treatment method: replace or clean the pressure valve; straighten and clear the pressure path.

2. The cause of large fume of vacuum pump oil：the suction filter is blocked or polluted; the pump oil is polluted;
Solution of the oil returning valve is blocked : clean or replace the exhaust filter; replace with new oil; clean the oil returning valve.

3. The cause of the vacuum pump fuel injection failure: the o-ring of the suction valve falls off; the rotary disc wear method:
Unplug the vacuum tube on the pump nozzle, remove the suction nozzle, take out the compression spring and the suction valve, and gently stretch the O-type Turn it several times, re-insert it into the groove, and then install it; change the rotor

4. Do not bleed. Reason for failure:
The cooling time relay is broken; the bleed valve circuit is short-circuited; the bleed valve is stuck or burned out. Solution: Replace the time relay; find and connect it; remove it for cleaning or replacement.

5. Causes of large noise failure:
The vacuum pump coupling is worn or broken; the exhaust filter is blocked or installed in an incorrect position; the method of leakage is: replace the vacuum pump; clean or change the exhaust filter and install it correctly; check whether the bleed valve Leaks and eliminates.

6. No heating Cause of failure: The heating bar is burnt out; the heating time relay is burned out; the heating line is burned out and the heating transformer is broken.
Treatment method: replace the heater; replace the heating line and install it firmly; replace the heating transformer

7. Vacuum pump oil leakage Reason: oil return valve is blocked; oil window is loose
Solution: remove oil return valve and clean; after oil is drained, remove oil window and wrap raw material belt or thin plastic film.

8. Low vacuum causes: pump oil is contaminated, too little or diluted; pumping time is too short; the suction filter is blocked.
Treatment method: clean the vacuum pump and replace the vacuum pump oil; extend the pumping time; clean or replace the exhaust filter .
