Automatic granule packaging machine adopts vertical pocket forming. The packaging material folds the packaging film in half according to the shaper through the guiding device. The packaging bag is formed by horizontal sealing and vertical sealing. The measuring cup is rotated by the motor to fill the measured granules into the shaper. Subsequently, the pocket was pulled down by a pulling wheel, and the horizontal sealing device heat-sealed the bag, sealing the upper mouth of the previous pocket, and also completing the sealing of the bottom and longitudinal sides of the next pocket. The cutter cuts the finished bag according to the adjusted size to complete the packaging finished product, so the packaging operation is completed in a cycle.

Replace the measuring cup

This is the most common situation encountered in the process of selling our granule packaging machines. Measuring cups generally consist of 4 sets of small measuring cups, and a small set of measuring cups consists of a pair of sets of cups (single cups made in some regions to reduce production costs). Customers The measuring weight can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the measuring cup.

To replace the measuring cup, you must first remove the entire measuring cup. The measuring cup can be selected from a bamboo tube of suitable size that matches the measuring cup, or a copper rod, etc. (It should be noted that the tool must be made of a softer material than stainless steel, otherwise it will be knocked. The measuring cup will be deformed during the striking process, which will affect the measurement accuracy). After removing the measuring cup, install the new measuring cup on the measuring cup tray in the same way and then install it on the packaging machine.
