Gradular packaging machine is a commonly used packaging machine in the packaging industry. Everyone may have a certain understanding of it. We all know that the correct use of packaging machinery can save time and improve work efficiency. How much do you know about the adustment method? Let me talk about the adjustment method of the granular packaging machine.
Unbalanced load adjustment
Put 10kg weights on the two supporting points of the weighing hopper. When the weighing display shows “positive difference”, the sensor output should be adjusted in the downward direction; when the weighing display shows “negative difference”, the sensor output should be adjusted in the increasing direction. For example: When the output of the L / C-1 sensor decreases, a set of trimmer resistors (the original value is 10 ohms) related to L / C-1 will be rotated to the left with the same amount of rotation.
Rotate to the right (clockwise), the resistance value decreases, and the displayed value increases (recorded as “plus”);
Rotating to the left (counterclockwise) increases the resistance value and decreases the displayed value (denoted as “minus”).
Note: When rotating the trimmer resistors, if the amount of rotation of the two groups in each group is not the same, it will make adjustment difficult. Therefore, the rotation amount of the trimmer resistors in each group of the sensor should be as consistent as possible. It is qualified that the absolute value of the error of each supporting point is not more than 10g.
Weighing adjustment
Perform the weighing adjustment according to the calibration instructions of the weighing display controller. From zero to the maximum value, the weight is increased in the order of 0kg, 40kg, 70kg, 90kg, and 100kg, and the error is not greater than 10g, 20g, 35g, 45g, and 50g. Decrease weights in the order of 100kg, 90kg, 70kg, 40kg, and 0kg, and the error should not be greater than their respective tolerances; repeat the verification at two quantitative points of 40kg, 100kg, each weighing point 3 times, and the error should not be greater than each Tolerance.
Parameter setting
There are many parameters that need to be set for quantitative packaging scales. The following are the examples of commonly used key parameters:
a. The quantitative value of the weighing display controller can be set to a quantitative target value, such as 50kg.
b. Fast advance and slow advance.
When the weight is> (set value)-(fast feed advance), stop fast feed and switch to slow feed;
When the weight is> (set value)-(slow feed advance), stop feeding.
