Objective: To establish a standard operating method for a traditional Chinese medicine liquid packaging machine, so that operators have the means to rely on it.

How to use liquid packaging machine:

1. Preparation before operation: Turn on the power and turn on the power switch on the electric control box to allow the packaging machine to fully warm up. Make sure that the inside and outside of the packaging machine are tidy. Close the drain valve. If there is liquid medicine, check whether the metal hoses that transport the liquid medicine are connected. Whether the packed tray is in place.

2. The packaging machine is fully warmed up, and the alarm is completed. Set the “set bag length” and “set bag number” according to the amount of liquid medicine and press the “Start” button to start packaging. Seal several empty bags, press the “Stop” button to stop, and observe the packaging effect of the bags. If the packaging works well, press the “Start” button and immediately press the “Inject” button to infuse the liquid medicine. When the countdown of the set number of bags is completed, the packaging machine stops packaging. When the set number of bags is “000”, if press the “Start” button,the packaging machine will no longer run.

3. Use clean water to clean the filtering device and the glass drum and pipe of the packaging machine. The wastewater will be discharged together. Close the drain valve, add some purified water to the packaging machine, cut the lower opening of the packaging bag under the cutter shaft, press “Clean” button to make the purified water flow out of the injection tube assembly, and then press the “Stop / Start” button to stop the cleaning.

4. Use a clean rag to clean the outside of the machine. When the packaging machine is not used for a long time, the power of the electric control box should be turned off to save energy and extend the life of the packaging machine.

Note for liquid packaging machine:

1. When transporting medicines to the barrel, the drain valve of the packaging machine must be closed to prevent liquid leakage; at the same time, check whether the interface of the metal hose and the packaging machine is firmly connected.

2. Do not open the heating ring in the liquid drum of the packaging machine when there is no potion or the liquid level does not submerge the heating ring, so as not to damage the packaging machine.
